Environmental Studies - Atmospheric Emissions and IPC/IPPC

The emissions from an industrial facility are regulated by the Environment Agency via IPC/IPPC authorisations. Companies will be under continuing pressure to minimise the total amount of pollutant emitted, its concentration and its impact upon the environment. One of the key areas of concern related to atmospheric emissions. The following two section s detail typical pollutants emitted and the factors affecting dispersion of these pollutants into the atmosphere.

Rowan House have experience of the preparation of IPC/IPPC authorisation documentation and the related work on characterising pollutants emitted, steps to reduce the emissions of these pollutants and the analysis of atmospheric dispersion of these pollutants.
