Clive de Salis
MA, BSc., CEng., MIChemE

Mr. de Salis is a director of Rowan House and is a chartered Chemical Engineer with specialist expertise in process control gained mainly in the Chemical, Petrochemical, Process and Steel industries but also in the Water and Food industries. He received several commendations and awards from clients for his work. Using his considerable Hazop and safety study experience, including the role of HAZOP chairperson, he has recently developed the award winning HAZ 15 08 system for HAZOP studies. A major part of Clive's current work is on accident investigations in the Chemical, Process and Water industries. These investigations are usually for Loss Adjustors and the reports are copied to the HSE. He is able to draw on this experience when giving training on safety issues.

Clive is the Chair of the 61508 Association as well as being a registered safety professional with the I.Chem.E and a member of SIESO (The Society of Industrial Emergency Services).
