ATEX / DSEAR User Workshop

COURSE:

This is a two day course for Managers, Supervisors and Technicians who are involved with the Risk Management / Specification / Installation / Maintenance (& Repair) of systems and equipment associated with Hazardous Areas.

AIM:

To provide a detailed understanding of the requirements of UK DSEA Regs (linking to ATEX 137) and the requirements for hazard and risk assessments meeting Reg. 5 : Hazard and Risk Area classification Reg. 7 (recorded risk assessment [Explosion Protection Document]: Reg 6 risk reduction and the application of certified equipment.

To apply, from an end user's perspective, the requirements of the Equipment and protective systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX 95) electrical and non-electrical.
